My First Year In The Ministry

I just can't imagine, how I survived the first year in the ministry it is a joyful and a painful year for me, it's really a year of learning experience as Pastor of the church. To see the report watch this video1

My 2017 Praise Report 

I want to Praise the Lord for this first year, He is really an Almighty God and He deserved the Glory! I tell you the hardship is painful, but with joy, It is a year of total surrender, a year of knowing God in a very personal way, I want to thank all the people, church leaders and ministry partners for making 2017 possible for the glory of God!  

In The Beginning

The first time I met Bishop Alfred Hermosillia, I was not really interested in the ministry, though at that time, I'm already busy attending seminars and conferences about discipleship and church leadership, but I can't just leave the corporate world, I want to serve God but not in a full time ministry. July 16, 2016 when I met Allan Teow, a Singaporean Missionary, this day is like world war III to me. I will never forget what he said " You know, Your life is like my life 12 years ago! "  and he shared his testimonies how the Lord called him to do a full time ministry and how the Lord bless him more than his expectation as a full time missionary, that time I am so fascinated to his life, he got my attention to listen to every word, his words is like a double edged sword in my heart and I was so encouraged to serve the Lord full time in the ministry, and going home while I'm driving I can still hear his voice and even before I sleep in bed his word of encouragement was penetrating my being, another 3 days passed I have personal encounter with God and received a clear instruction to do a full time ministry, it was a death to self experience to me, I know that it is not easy thing but I have faith that God is with me. July 19, 2016, when we had our 2nd meeting with Bishop Alfred, Allan Teow, at Kelvin Tan's office in Ortigas, I write down every instruction that I received from the Lord and I showed it to them! Bishop Alfred Hermosillia and Allan Teow is like a spiritual father to me, they guide me, encourage me, support me in good times or in bad times. July 21, 2016 I have to meet my mother  to ask for Her blessing and prayer and she did, this is my first day in Valenzuela City mission trip and everything is history!

ABOUT ME

I accepted the Lord Jesus as my Lord and Saviour at the age of 12 years old and received a miracle of my sick mother, I worked in corporate world for 14 years, at the age of 36 years old I started a full time ministry at Christian Church Fellowship International (CCFI) and become a licensed Pastor by the name of John Patrick Hernandez in the leadership of Bishop Alfred Hermosilla.

August 13, 2016 when I started my ministry work for the first 12 weeks, I was assigned to do a leadership training to the pastoral group of Christian Church Fellowship International (CCFI) and I launched my first book entitled "THE LORD'S PRAYER GUIDE." February 26, 2017 when we did the opening ceremony with a clear vision to "Love the Lord and Reach the World."  LEVEL UP MINISTRIES Valenzuela City was officially open. After a year January 27, 2018 we are able to finished our six books discipleship process and began to start our "SCHOOL OF LEADERSHIP" entitled "THE LEVEL UP DNA", with the aim to develop more Pastors and equip more Leaders to expand God's Kingdom!

September 2018 Level Up Ministries was officially registered in Security Exchange Commission as a Church. Currently, our church is focused on PRAYER, WORSHIP AND DISCIPLESHIP, by doing so, people will be able to receive and be consume with the Love of God, when the Love of God is revealed, people will be moved to be used by the Lord to Reach the World to be a World Missionary, Church Planter, and a Campus Missionary.
